We are by appointment only and do not offer walk-in services. Our doors are locked during business hours and we buzz folks in at the appointment time.

We require a credit card to hold a reservation per our updated Cancellation Policy below. We do this to reduce the chance of no-show and late cancellations as those are costly for us as small business. Card will not be charged at all at time of booking and you can use a different method of payment at checkout.

Our system allows same day booking up to 2 hours before the appointment time but it's rare that we have last minute availability.

Masking is required for our staff, but optional for clients.

There is a long flight of stairs to our facility and there is no elevator or escalator.

We accept cards for payment only. We do not carry or accept cash for payment, but tipping your therapist in cash is ok. We are unable to provide change as we do not carry any cash on the premises.

RAPTURE CANCELATION POLICY (As of September 2023)

For cancelations and rescheduling due to illness:
​
If you are having any health issues (including fever, cold, flu, etc) on the morning of your appointment that could put either yourself or the therapist at risk, please let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE prior to your appointment time. We will waive the cancelation fee if you notify us via text, email, or voicemail with at least 8 hours notice. For health related cancellations with less than 8 hours notice, we charge 50% of your appointment fee to ensure our staff is paid for their time. It is often difficult to fill an appointment with such short notice. We don't like having to do this but as a small business, last minute cancelations really do hurt us.

For cancellations and rescheduling without health reasons, 24-hour advance notice is required to avoid a fee. Since all massage services are by appointment, a major credit card is required to hold your reservation. You will NOT be charged until massage services are rendered, unless you fail to cancel within 24 hours and/or no-show (see below). If you notify us with less than 24 hours notice, your card will be charged 50% of the service value of your appointment.

NO SHOWS
​
Anyone who fails to show up for a scheduled massage without notice prior is to be considered a “no-show” and will be charged 100% of the value amount (i.e. $110 for a one hour massage) for the missed appointment. If you were going to use a gift certificate, card or deal voucher for the session, it is subject to forfeiture. For pre-paid series, the session is applied as if service was rendered.

LATE ARRIVALS

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
